26/01/2016

In order to continue improving the overall customer experience of its users, Malta Public Transport will be hosting a series of Bus users’ group meetings aimed at listening and collecting feedback.

“This is the first of a number of initiatives the company is launching in order to give customers a say in the way the bus service operation is run” stated Malta Public Transport Commercial Director, Daniel Grech. “We strongly believe that feedback from our users helps us improve our services and want our users to feel that they can participate in an open dialogue with us” he added.

Over the coming weeks, Malta Public Transport will be announcing further measures that build on this initiative and work to strengthen the company’s communication channels with the public. This includes a revamp of the company website and the introduction of a mobile app. The Bus users’ group meetings will discuss all aspects of the bus service, including new initiatives currently in the pipeline.

In order to ensure everyone is heard, a limited number of places will be available on a first come first serve basis. Those who do not manage to secure a place for the first meeting will be contacted to attend the following session. All bus users are invited to attend.

The first users’ group meeting ill be held on the 18th February. Those interested in attending are asked to register by sending an email on
